Due to the immediate electronic access to course certificates, refunds will not be issued for any online application course. A course exchange may be offered for a renewal course if the incorrect course was completed for the license type.
Promotional offers are for RENEWAL courses only. This excludes any course required to apply or re-apply for a license.
The company (FirstData) that process your credit card payments charge a fee on each transaction, both purchases and refunds, making the transaction fees non-refundable.
A partial refund will only be issued if a duplicate payment was received for the same course and was not voided on the same day. We recommend you contact our office in case of duplicate payments the same day to avoid any additional fees. Once the charge has posted any transaction fee will be withheld from the refunded amount.
