YOU CAN WAIT, OR YOU CAN USE US AND RENEW IMMEDIATELY!

FLCEO IS THE ONLY FLORIDA CONTINUING EDUCATION PROVIDER THAT SENDS ELECTRONIC REPORTS IMMEDIATELY..... BAR NONE!

FLORIDA LAW GIVES PROVIDERS 30 DAYS TO SEND ELECTRONIC REPORTS
Hard to imagine, right? But it's true! Since most license holders find it hard to wrap their heads around this fact, we wanted to post the law here so those who can hardly believe it, can see first hand the law that grants providers the right to take up to 30 days to send electronic course reports to the state. The good news is when you use us, you don't have to wait 30 days, in fact we don't wait at all, we immediately begin processing your records as soon as you pass the quiz and pay. No other company does this. None! To learn more about Florida's electronic reporting laws read the information below.

The 2010 Florida Statutes

Title XXXII
REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

Chapter 455 BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION: GENERAL PROVISIONS

455.2178 Continuing education providers.—
(1) Each continuing education provider shall provide to the department such information regarding the continuing education status of licensees as the department determines is necessary to carry out its duties under s. 455.2177, in an electronic format determined by the department. After a licensee’s completion of a course, the information must be submitted to the department electronically no later than 30 calendar days thereafter.

IMMEDIATE ELECTRONIC COURSE COMPLETION REPORTING
Probably the most significant distinction and certainly the most valued by our customers, is the way we process and report our customer's records. It is a little know fact that Florida law gives providers 30 calendar days from the time a licensee completes a course to send an electronic course completion report to the Florida DBPR. Were you aware of this? Wow, 30 days! That's a long time when you are trying to get your license renewal taken care of. We thinks so, and we know that nobody likes waiting, so we don't make anyone that uses our company to meet their continuing education requirements wait. We are the only provider company that sends electronic course completion reports to the Florida Board immediately, for each person that completes our license renewal continuing education course. Not 30 days, not a week, not even until the next morning do we make our customers wait, when participants of our courses pass the online quiz, and successfully submit a course fee payment, we immediately process their records and prepare and send an electronic report to the state for them. We then email that course participant to notify them that we have sent an electronic report for them, as a courtesy so they do not need to wonder what is going on with their records. Who wants to wonder? No one!

AFTER COMPLETING AN ONLINE COURSE GO TO YOUR EMAIL INBOX AND READ THE EMAIL WE SENT TO YOU BEFORE YOU CALL.
After you complete an online course on this web site you are required to return to your email inbox and look for a follow up email from Cosmetology Continuing Education that confirms the processing of your course completion and the status of your license. Any issue with the processing of your course credits will be explained in the follow up email with a request and instructions on the actions you need to take to correct it. Alternatively, when your processing is successful, an email is sent to confirm that the processing of your course completion was successful along with an explanation of your post course status. Because an email is sent to you both to confirm that your course completion was processed successfully as well as when a processing issue has occurred, you must return to your email inbox approximately an hour after you complete your online course to open and read the follow up email we send so that you are certain as to if you are finished and everything has been taken care of, or if there was an issue with your information or status that you need to take further action on to complete your goal. Giving a valid email address at the time of course completion and then returning to that same email inbox to check for a conformation or action request email from us is your responsibility and until you have done this, the final step in the process is not complete. Failure to return to your email inbox to open and read the follow up email puts you at risk of needless delays that could otherwise be avoided by reading the follow up email. It only takes a few seconds to read and confirm that the process was successful. A short few minutes spent now, can stop you from making a timely mistake.
